Return & Shipping Policy

Accessories: Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Clothing: Please allow 2-10 business days for your order of clothes to be handmade and processed.
Custom Sizing/Pre-Order Clothing: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item(s) to be handmade and processed
Once an order is placed, a more accurate estimate of your order's shipment can be determined.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return eligible items starting from the day you receive your order. Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Izu&Vash will not accept any returns after 14 days. Items not eligible for return include sale items, non-profit items, and gift cards.
Items that have be customized are eligible for a partial return. This means that the customized fee will not be returned.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, etc.) Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to the return address. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We do not do exchanges because there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
